  • What kind of a IT infrastructure do you consider as a Cloud?

People use Cloud as a buzzword and unfortunately according to many "Cloud is what they sell", not a infrastructure that has a proper technical specification. I obviously know what Cloud infrastructure means, but this thread is to create awareness, not to demonstrate one person's qualities So, please describe an infrastructure, which could be called Cloud and therefore could be used to deliver Cloud-based hosting services.

The smilie is fine. However what is OVH Public Cloud. it is a statement, how does it look like a computer architecture? I remember this company selling cheap dedicated servers to spammers and overseers. Now they say they have Cloud and I'm sure they do. However, how do they infrastructure look like?
